Website development projects require advance payment before work begins.

Once a project has started, advance payments are non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, any payments made may not be eligible for refund.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Custom development work, design work, and consultation services are generally non-refundable.
